Music: Playlist I

Hello beauties,

These past months I've been focused on lot of things; university, new apartment in a new country, a surgery coming soon, and the most important, summer vacation :) Time flies and I still can not believe it's August already (!?!?!??) so many things happened, I don't know where to start! I will probably make a nice new post about my summer when it's over. However, what helped me to make this summer more summery is, MUSIC. oh I love music so much, sooo much that we could say, finding new music is a hobby for me!

Have you ever been awake until 5 AM searching, or better said, exploring music on Youtube? Or now, I discovered 8tracks which is the best thing (app) ever for people like me, who loves lots of new music in their music library!

Conclusion, I decided to post a music playlist (+ youtube links) every month based on my music taste and new songs I find and that I fall in love with immediately haha. Sounds cool? :)

Enjoy!

One of the best things in this world is food, am I right?

Sometimes I share some of my meals on my instagram (@cclaudya) and they look deliciously nice on there! I have abandoned my blogspot, too much! And I want to make it look nice... So I'm gonna share with you some of my meals, I wouldn't say they are all healthy but are absolutely  yummy!

Strawberries with cream at Nou Vertical restaurant

Salad: Tuna, onion and tomatoes + fruit cocktail at Chesterfield Lounge

Nachos, cheese, carrots, fried egg, pepper, everything mixed!

Nestlé cereals with banana

the best: banana, strawberries and chocolate

Cappucino, coffee, cookies and an icecream with caramel

And now... I'm hungry! I don't think posting these pictures was a good idea... Haha

I'd love you to comment telling me what are your favorite meals (breakfast, snacks, lunch, etc...) I want to try new things because I'm always eating strawberries and chocolate! :(

If you love a flower, don’t pick it up. Because if you pick it up it dies and it ceases to be what you love. So if you love a flower, let it be. Love is not about possession. Love is about appreciation.
— Osho

This morning I only wanted to stay in bed all day long but sadly I had to go to work. After work, I went to this florist called Happy and I bought some flowers, then my mood changed: I was excited to get home and re-decorate my bedroom, organize my agenda, read the Vogue, eat healthy, and that's what I did! It feels good. Really good! Afterwards I finish this post I might watch a comedy movie!? So yes, flowers have brightened my day and made me feel like I had a very productive day :) I should buy flowers more often!

My plans for the rest of the week look nice! Tomorrow I will see my friend Nàdia because we are planning a trip for this summer! If everything goes well I will tell you more about it! I don't want to get excited before it is for sure. Friday is festive! Yay! I will enjoy this Friday going to the gym and then to the SPA with another friend, Paula, she's turning 19! and this Saturday she's celebrating it in one of my favorite restaurants! They cook Tex-Mex food (fajitas!!!) and the atmosphere is cool!

How's your life going? I hope you have a lovely day/evening beautiful people!

Good morning/afternoon/evening beautiful people! How are you? Ready for the week-end? What are your plans for this weekend? Tell me about it!

Happy day!
First of all, I'm sorry. I hate this. Not posting lately. No signs of life... I have no time to make a decent post!
I recently saw that my dear tumblr and blogspot friend, Regina, have nominated me for the Liebster Award's (I'm not sure what it is, I'm so new at this! sorry and thanks a lot!). Anyway,  the thing is I believe this is a great way to keep my blog updated and also you get to know me a little bit more by reading this! Before we start, the rules:

January/February favourites! ♡

Hello beauties,

So I've been thinking what could talk about/show you related to beauty, or me & my life. I had in mind a few ideas but today I figured out that since I am receiving some messages in Polyvore and Tumblr about fashion questions/advices/opinions lately, and indeed, I wanted to make a "clothing and beauty haul of january/february" because I've been so amazed and in love by these new things I bought, I though I could share them with you guys. If you like the idea let me know and I will make one each month!

Let's get it started!

KIEL'S ultra facial moisturizer for all skin types:

I heard about this brand many times (in tumblr and polyvore mostly) and I wanted to give it a try but I couldn't find it anywhere, until last week. A coworker told me about this little new shop where they sell this brand! She made my day!
I needed a moisturizer so badly. And voilà! This moisturizer is perfect for my skin, which is dry/sensitive/combination skin -if that makes sense- and with this product (I wear makeup every day) my skin is still soft and healthy 24/7 and more! I tried many moisturizers (shilseido, caudalie, clinique, the body shop...) they are good except after a few hours my skin was dry again. So yes, I believe that "price-quality" is is one of the qualities of this product!
Price: 19,60€

LA VIE EST BELLE by Lancôme. Eau de parfum

I've never had so many compliments about a perfume that I was wearing. People stop me to comment on my beautiful scent. Not kidding!
My mother's partner gave this perfume to her, I loved it but I also was afraid it could be more for women (30-older, not juvenile) but this beautiful smell is magical and now I can't go out without it and my mum either.
This new eau de parfum promoted by Julia Roberts is perfect! Literally. It's perfect for all seasons and every time of the day. Floral-sweet, fresh clean, feminine, delicate, creamy, long-lasting scent! And the list goes on! This may sound cheesy but it makes me feel more womanly. I can imagine myself with this perfume when I grow up...

Price: 50, 95€

UNIQ ONE: all in one hair treatment + all in one cleansing balm

Before I did my ombré hair in a salon I did not take care of my hair... So imagine how damage I put to my hair doing these Californian wicks... Terrible choice. Well, not so bad. Because after that, I took it seriously and went to a shop where they sell salon products and the employee advised me, a lot! I finally picked these two to treat my hair and it's working. My hair is cleaner, unravels more easily, it protects my dry-hair color, softer, silkier, brighter... To be honest I expected a huge change in a short time BUT I have to say that my hair looks better, brighter, healthier and undamaged little by little. I have not much information about what's best for my hair but for now I'll settle for this because it does its job!
PD: Two days per week I put argan oil and before I curl/straighten my hair I apply serum to the tips.

Price: 12€ each one but I payed 20€ because I picked both.

MAYBELLINE the colossal volum' express mascara:

I've read so many good reviews about Maybelline mascaras that I bought this one.
I wanted more volum in my lashes and I simply love it. It's affordable and my everyday mascara .
Price: 9,09€
MAX FACTOR face finity all day flawless (3 in 1 foundation):

As I said before, I have dry/combination skin and this is the reason I always used BB creams instead of foundations but I needed something that lasts more hours (when I go out at night and now that it's winter) so I was between Clinique foundation (26€ but still worth it) or this one, which is cheaper and consists 3x1: primer, concealer and foundation and is supposed to keep your face matte all day. The foundation itself, is liquid in texture, which makes it really easy to apply and blend into the skin. I am really happy with the coverage of this! I'm glad I picked the right color for my skin and now I don't have to worry how I look at 2 a.m! :)          Price: 11,75 €
PHILIPS curly iron:

I love to wear my hair straight but Lea Michele inspired me to curl my hair because she looks stunning with curly ombré hair! so I decided to buy a curl iron and this is working just like I expected! It gives to my hair a summery vibe (beach waves/curls). Who doesn't miss summer?
It's fine to change your hairstyle to new ones sometimes!
Price: 24,95€

L'ORÉAL Paris, Elnett Hairspray:

I haven't tried many hairsprays, but my dyed, thin, and the good amount of hair I have need it. This hairspray for me is essential to keep my hairstyle in place (curly or straight) and bright. The only thing I kinda dislike is the smell, is strong at first but disappears in a few minutes. Humidity is not my worst enemy anymore (except for the rain :().
                                                                                                                         Price: 4,95€

In the Land of the Long White Cloud  by Sarah Lark

"London 1852: two girls embark on a boat cruise to New Zealand. To them it means the beginning of a new life as future wives of men who don't know. The most successful debut in recent years in Germany."
I bought this book months ago and I only read 140 pages of 746... and I have like 4 more books to read! I've been busy buying beauty mags and products I guess! ;-) in this book there are some historical events, romances, the adventure and is very descriptive. I put it in this post because this books is different compared to the ones I've read so far and I like it. I will tell you more about it when I finish it, hopefully soon!

LONGCHAMP Le Pliage bag:

:-D I bought this yesterday, my new baby! I think I've seen some bloggers/style icons wearing Les Pliage bags or maybe I imagined it lol but the thing is that I LOVE IT. I've never spent more than 70€ for a bag (is it okay or...?). It's so stylish and perfect for work and university! I can't wait to live in France in a few months and wear this :-)The material is excellent, is really comfortable and I also heard that they are durable. I love the fact that there are multiple colors and sizes, but I know myself and I know that black+maroons and the biggest size are the best combination I could pick because I want to wear it every day!

ZARA pants:

Last but not least, my new pants from Zara. To let you know, Zara is one of my favourite brands, I always find something new and that I want to buy immediately because I love it! It's not an expensive brand, the quality is good and the pieces of clothing are amazing! Stylish & girly!                                               This pants are perfect to go out at night, but they're not super comfortable, they're okay. I love the details of the zippers and the fabric :-)                                                             Price: 15,99€

Inside my bag.... RIHANNA's ticket concert!!!!!!
I'm so excited!! 1st June I'll be in Barcelona with my friend, Nàdia, and we will see Rihanna live! I love concerts but can you imagine Diamonds or Stay live!?!?!? David Guetta will be opening the concert. I can't wait!

So this is it! I hope you liked it, I enjoyed it telling you about this...however, if you didn't like it, it's okay! let me know so I can improve for the next time!

Thank you for reading this (I'm sorry for my english mistakes) and have a lovely week!

Lots of love, Clàudia
